During my short stop in Beijing I set out to eat the absolute best Peking duck that the city had to offer, I asked the concierge at the hotel, I asked friends and I googled. The restaurant I ended up in was Fat Duck in the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel and with an oven for cooking the duck in the middle of the restaurant it was obvious that Peking duck was their specialty.

This was definitely among the best Peking ducks I’ve had and of course, being in Beijing added to the experience!
