My last experience of the Senator lounge in Munich was on a three hour layover when flying from Stockholm to Miami. Being a Saturday morning the lounge was not as busy as I’ve experienced the Lufthansa lounges on other occasions which made it a even better experience.

I really appreciate the earthy colour scheme and calm atmosphere in this lounge. Breakfast is a standard buffet that includes everything you need, a selection of bread, cheese, yoghurt and soup of the day.

The sizable bar was not an option for me on a Saturday morning, even if it looked tempting!
